This is why I consider them one of the best sales funnel builders around.

ClickFunnels also comes along with well over one-hundred templates also for:

The reason for that is because they are 100% focused on email marketing.

However, here’s something comparable when it comes to ActiveCampaign Vs ClickFunnels.

Actionetics (Not Called Followup Funnels)

Actionetics is known as the email marketing tool that comes with ClickFunnels Platinum.

Helpful Note: ClickFunnels Platinum costs $297 per month (more details in this post).

I’ll also be talking about the prices for both ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign.

Actionetics is big on creating follow-up funnels where they allow you to send:

• Emails.
• Direct mail.
• Text messages.
• And a bunch more.

In other words, this feature is going to be all about marketing automation.

Actionetics also comes with a drag-and-drop builder when it comes to sending emails.

Other helpful ClickFunnels Followup Funnels features include:

• Action scored of your subscribers (the higher the better).
• Stats like opens, clicks, bounced, unsubscribed, and complaints (yikes).

In my opinion though?

It’s not the greatest aspect of ClickFunnels which is why I don’t have ClickFunnels Platinum.

There are plenty of other email marketing automation tools that you can connect with it.

But how does Followup Funnels compare to the email marketing features of ActiveCampaign?

That will be the first thing I talk about after we cover the costs of using this software.

The pricing is pretty simple when it comes to this sales funnel software.

Here are the two plans that they currently offer:

• ClickFunnels (basic) plan comes out to $97 per month.
• ClickFunnels Platinum plan comes out to $297 per month.

There’s also a way to save on ClickFunnels if you invest in a bigger package.

So when it comes to utilizing an email marketing tool with ClickFunnels:

• You can pay $97 per month and attach another email tool (like ActiveCampaign).
• You can pay $297 per month and use the ClickFunnels email marketing tool.

Just some food for thought, but I’ll be talking more about that when we get to the end.

Nevertheless.

I’m always a fan of starting from scratch as I don’t like using a ton of images in my emails.

• Email segmentation.

I guess you could say that subscription forms are somewhat similar to marketing pages.

However, they just can’t be compared to what ClickFunnels has to offer for pages.

As it states on the ActiveCampaign automation page:

Automation handles what no one else has time for.

I couldn’t agree with this anymore, especially when it comes to their automation campaigns.

There are SO MANY automation recipes that you can choose from.

You can even create your own or even import an automation recipe if you like.

• Don’t forget about attribution and split action.

But that should allow you a good idea of what ActiveCampaign when it comes to both:

1. Automation.
2. Email marketing.

Here’s the popular question that usually gets asked when it comes to this email marketing tool.

How Much Is ActiveCampaign Going To Be?

This is going to depend on how many contacts (subscribers) that you need.

Here are the prices for just getting started and having up to 500 contacts:

• Lite is $15 per month.
• Plus is $70 per month.
• Professional is $159 per month.
• Enterprise is going to be $279 per month.

Keep in mind that prices can change depending on two factors:

1. If you have more subscribers.
2. You pay monthly or annually (annually saves you money).

They are ultimately going to be less than ClickFunnels, for obvious reasons.
