Let’s take a look at one of the first platforms now.
Here’s what GrooveFunnels is and what it has to offer for your online business.
GrooveFunnels: Biggest Benefits And The Price
So GrooveFunnels is a powerful new software that allows you to:
- Build sales funnels.
- Sell all of your digital products online.
Don’t worry, GrooveFunnels accomplishes much more than those two bullet points.
In other words, GrooveFunnels is a complete all-in-one business building software.
With GrooveFunnels, you can create:
- Websites.
- Landing pages.
- High-converting sales funnels.
And a whole lot more which I’ll be mentioning as we move a little further along.
In fact, they even made the top sales funnel software list as shown in this post.
GrooveFunnels also comes with a completely free plan (no credit card needed).
This means that you can use many of the features that this software has to offer.
You can read the related post down below that shows you how to get 100% free access.

So if you use a free or paid plan, there will be plenty of features that you’ll be able to use.
Let’s look at the features that most resemble what WordPress can also offer.
GroovePages For Websites, Landing Pages, And Sales Funnels
GroovePages is going to be one of the biggest features that this software has to offer.
With GroovePages, you will specifically be able to build:
- Your landing pages.
- All of your sales funnels.
- And GroovePages also allows you to create websites too.
This is going to be one of the biggest similarities when it comes to GrooveFunnels vs WordPress.
So not only can you create websites with GroovePages, but they also come with a few templates.
These templates come in a wide variety of niches as well.
A few examples of templates that I found work perfectly for:
- Business and finance.
- Small business and local business.
- Health and fitness (gyms, yoga, etc).
- Lead generation (building your email list).
Here is an example of a website template that’s perfect for a home page and lead generation:
There are plenty more templates and I expect that they add many more in the future.
GroovePages really shines when it comes to landing pages though.
I created a post that reviews this entire feature if you’d like to learn more about it.
GroovePages Review: Read the full post here.
There is also one more feature that is about as directly related to WordPress as possible.
In fact, GrooveFunnels seems like they are looking to replace WordPress, plugins, themes, etc.
Let’s talk a little bit about this feature next.
GrooveBlog For Blogging
This is yet another aspect that makes GrooveFunnels a true all-in-one platform.
GrooveFunnels will also have their very own blogging feature called GrooveBlog.
With this feature, GrooveFunnels is seeking to rid the days of:
- Constant updates.
- Managing multiple plugins.
- And don’t forget about the dreaded malware.
Here is a big perk when it comes to the specific GrooveBlog feature:
You will be able to get access to GrooveBlog with a free GrooveFunnels account.
That is, should you choose to use GrooveFunnels instead of WordPress for websites.
With GrooveBlog you’ll be able to:
- Publish your content.
- Take advantage of SEO benefits.
- Integrate with your GroovePages and GrooveMail CRM.
Keep in mind is that this feature hasn’t fully launched yet at the time of writing this.
My Note: I will be sure to update this post once we get more details about GrooveBlog.
I’ll also be talking more about GrooveBlog in my ultimate GrooveFunnels review below.

So despite the fact that GrooveFunnels will have plenty of features for websites?
I still believe that WordPress is the better option for creating websites specifically.
Much more on that later though.
Let’s take a look at one more powerful feature that comes along with GrooveFunnels.
GrooveSell For Making Sales
This is an aspect where GrooveFunnels makes them a dominating force over WordPress.
GrooveFunnels also comes with the feature GrooveSell, which is:
- A complete and robust shopping cart and affiliate program.
This will help you increase your sales by recruiting an army of affiliates to promote your offers.
GrooveFunnels also has a separate affiliate program for promoting the software itself.
You can learn more about the GrooveFunnels affiliate program down below.
Affiliate Program: Click here to learn about the payouts.
Now if you wanted those features with WordPress, you’d most likely need to get paid plugins.
Once again, this further cements GrooveFunnels and a powerful all-in-one platform.
I’ll leave another post down below that does a complete review of this specific feature.
GrooveSell Review: Click here to read the entire post.
GrooveFunnels also comes with plenty of more features that I’ve mentioned in this post.
However, it’s more important that we talk about how much this software will cost.
What’s The Cost Of GrooveFunnels?
Here are the current costs that come along with this sales funnel builder:
- GrooveFunnels Base plan is free.
- GrooveFunnels Silver plan will cost $99/month.
- GrooveFunnels Gold plan will cost $199/month.
There are quite a few perks that come along with each of the pricing plans.
So once again, I’ll add a related post below that explains everything that you need to know.
GrooveFunnels Pricing: Check out this blog post.
So that’s most of the important information when it comes to GrooveFunnels vs WordPress.
Let’s flip the script and take a look at what WordPress has to bring to the table.
WordPress: Biggest Benefits And The Price
As it shows on the screenshot above (in case it’s harder to read):
Welcome to the world’s most popular website builder.
I would have to agree with that statement.
In fact, I’ll be the first to say that WordPress is the absolute best website platform.
WordPress doesn’t have as much to talk about compared to what GrooveFunnels offers.
So let’s take a look at two of the biggest benefits of using WordPress for websites.
WordPress For Authority Websites
Once again, WordPress is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to creating:
- Niche websites.
- Authority websites.
Helpful Note: Niche websites tend to focus on specific topics (for example Facebook ads).
Authority websites focus on bigger and broader topics (like internet marketing and software).
Anyway, I’ve built plenty of websites in the past and 100% of them have been on WordPress.
Despite how much sales funnel tools want to incorporate websites into their platforms?
You just don’t need to fix something that isn’t broken.
However, I’m sure that a good amount of people will like that GrooveFunnels can build websites.
I’ll talk more about this topic in the grand finale of this post.
Let’s take a look at one of the biggest benefits of using WordPress for your websites.
WordPress For Blogging And Organic Traffic
So creating a niche site or an authority site is just going to be the first step.
What comes after that is the ability to blog and generate organic traffic at the same time.
Once again, WordPress is going to be the absolute best platform for these specific benefits.
- It’s easy to use.
- It’s been around for a long time.
- And don’t forget about the low costs.
Speaking of the costs of WordPress, let’s take a look at that now.
What’s The Cost Of WordPress?
The above screenshot features the prices on the actual WordPress website.
However, I have never actually purchased WordPress from the main website itself.
Here is how to get the best price for WordPress:
- Get hosting (starts as low as $35).
- Get a domain (if it doesn’t come with your hosting).
Keep in mind that a domain name can be anywhere from one dollar to ten or so.
So with the WordPress setup, you’re looking at around $40 per year to use this platform.
That’s not exactly breaking the bank.
However, what people fail to realize is that you will probably need other features too:
- Sales funnels.
- Landing pages.
- Premium themes.
- Maybe a membership section.
And the list of features and perks that you might want to use go on and on.
The point I’m making is that you can expect to make more purchases when using WordPress.
That’s not a bad thing though, as many features can help you generate more leads and sales.
There’s a way around that though.
Let’s move to the grand final of GrooveFunnels vs WordPress to get the important information.
GrooveFunnels Vs WordPress: What To Use
GrooveFunnels vs WordPress summary. GrooveFunnels is an all-in-one software that has everything you need to build an online business (including websites). WordPress is strictly focused on building websites and comes with many separate plugins and themes.
You now have a good idea of what both GrooveFunnels and WordPress can do.
So which platform should you use?
Allow me to cover all of the important aspects to help you make the best decision.
Let’s first take a look at the reasons why you might want to use GrooveFunnels.
Use GrooveFunnels If
- You want to create landing pages and sales funnel.
- You want to generate leads and sell more with their shopping cart.
- You’re looking for a true all-in-one platform that comes with many features.
Hands down, GrooveFunnels is going to be recommended for landing pages and sales funnels.
After all, this is what they do the best (and you can even create them by using their free plan).
GrooveFunnels is great if you also want a wide variety of other powerful features.
So if any of those bullet points above really call out what you’re looking to achieve?
Then I highly recommend that you at least grab your free GrooveFunnels account below:
So those are some of the main reasons why you might want to use GrooveFunnels.
Here are the specific and most powerful reasons to use WordPress.
Use WordPress If
- You want to create a website.
- You plan on generating organic traffic.
- You’re looking to demonstrate your experience and expertise.
As stated previously, WordPress is the BEST platform for creating websites.
I have nothing again GrooveFunnels for wanting to be able to add websites to their platform.
The same goes for any other sales funnel platform that I’ve compared to WordPress.
- Example Post: BA vs WordPress.
- Example Post: CF vs WordPress.
However, WordPress has been around forever and there’s a good reason so many people use it.
Plus, it’s not all that expensive to get website hosting and a domain.
You can always add more plugins or themes to it down the road (as you need them).
So those are the reasons why you should stick with WordPress.
However, I have one more solution for you (and it’s the best option in my opinion).
Use Both GrooveFunnels And WordPress
This what I like to call: getting the best of both worlds:
- Use GrooveFunnels for all of your landing page and sales funnel needs.
- Use WordPress for all of your website, blogging, and organic traffic needs.
You can always link to your landing pages and sales funnels from your website as well.
This works perfectly, especially for the fact that GrooveFunnels comes with a free plan.
