Let’s get this show on the road.
EasyWebinar Review: Video Introduction
I also decided to create an EasyWebinar review video for you.
Give the fact that I’m doing a walkthrough, this makes the perfect video for you watch.
Simply click the play button down below in order to see EasyWebinar in action:
Here is the special link that I talked about in the video as well:
Now we’ve got that out of the way.
I also recommend that you continue on to read as there are many golden nuggets.
Let’s start with the process of creating live events with this webinar software.
EasyWebinar Live Events
You’ll be happy to know that the EasyWebinar interface is pretty smooth.
You start by filling in the important event information sections such as:
- Event name.
- Event time zone.
- As well if it’s a one time or recurring event.
Don’t forget about the event date as well as the start and end times.
Rare Reminder: My webinar goes live on my 100th birthday in 2087 at noon eastern time.
I expect to see you there 😉
As you can see in the screenshot above, there is also a video tutorial in case you need help.
You also get a few advanced setting such as being able to:
- Split the date and time.
- Enable instant replay.
- Event language.
And a few more options.
Editing the event info for your webinar is very straightforward.
Let’s move onto the next section when it comes to creating your live event with EasyWebinar.
EasyWebinar Registration Pages
Aside from your headline, sub-headline, and main display image, there’s a lot to customize here.
If you look at the screen above, there are plenty of tabs within this section which include:
- Theme customization.
- Presenter information.
- GDPR settings.
- Custom fields.
So is EasyWebinar GDPR compliant?
Absolutely!
All you need to do is flick on the switch under the GDPR settings tab.
There are also a few themes that you can choose from (which was in the previous step):
After you pick your theme, that’s when you can edit everything that’s on it.
It’s not the most in-depth theme editor in the world, but it certainly gets the job done.
There’s also the option to utilize a custom theme in case you’re feeling a little creative.
EasyWebinar Thank You Pages
This section is really easy to edit but doesn’t leave you with a lot to customize.
Here is what’s available to you when it comes to customization:
- Social shares (on or off).
- Your headline and subheadline.
- Thank you page main display (which can be an image or video).
There is also the ability to add custom CSS under the Theme Customization tab.
Last but not least, like every section, this also comes along with a video tutorial for help.
EasyWebinar Event Pages
This section is dedicated to editing your actual webinar page and what your audience sees.
The other big sections that you can edit include:
- Polls.
- Offers.
- Chat settings.
- Theme customization.
The offers section is very important if you have any type of offer to sell.
The chat section comes with a few different settings that you can choose from:
- Live chat.
- Contact box.
You can even utilize social media chat in the form of:
- Twitter.
- Facebook.
And there’s also the option to utilize a third-party option.
Last but not least, you can choose if you want to make your chat private or not.
This is something that you could consider, as there will be fewer distractions for your viewers.
EasyWebinar Replay Page
Replays play a very important role when it comes to webinars in general.
After all, you’re going to get plenty of people asking:
Is there going to be a replay of this webinar?
Because there will never be one time that’s perfect for everyone.
When it comes to the replay page settings, there are not many settings that you need to edit.
You can completely turn it off and be on your way to quickly launching your live event.
Let’s take a look at the last few sections that EasyWebinar offers you to tinker with.
EasyWebinar Integrations And Notifications
Whether it’s before or after your live event?
EasyWebinar offers you the ability to send out as many email notifications as you like.
Helpful Note: This is a MASSIVE perk when it comes to getting more viewers and sales.
Some webinar tools only allow you to send a few messages to your registrants.
EasyWebinar throws their inhibitions into the wind (so to speak) and allows you to go all out.
There are also a few EasyWebinar integrations when it comes to email marketing software:
- Drip.
- Aweber.
- iContact.
- Ontraport.
- Mailchimp.
- ConvertKit.
- Infusionsoft.
- GetResponse.
- ActiveCampaign.
- Constant Contact.
Last but not least, there is also the option to use custom code for more integrations.
All in all.
That is going to be the final main step when it comes to creating your first live event.
I recommend that you give EasyWebinar a try yourself and see just how much you like them:
Let’s take a look at what it’s like to create automated events as well.
EasyWebinar Automated Events
Here’s the really good news when it comes to EasyWebinar automated events:
It’s the same process as creating a live event.
I love it when software companies to this.
This is beneficial for you because you don’t have to learn anything new here.
It’s beneficial for me because I don’t need to explain the entire process again.
Here’s one of the biggest differences when it comes to live and automated events:
- You’ll want to change to the Recurring Event tab (shown above).
- You’ll also want to edit the event frequency as well as the event start time.
Last but not least.
- You’ll add your webinar video (or video URL) in the Event Page tab.
That’s going to be the biggest difference when it comes to automated vs live events.
You can also add as many different times as you like too.
Nevertheless.
You now know how to create any type of event with the Easy Webinar software.
I hope that this walkthrough gave you a great idea of how this webinar software works.
But I’m not done yet.

- Plenty of helpful tutorial videos (should you need them).
- The customization is great (especially for event notifications).
- You can run live webinars with EasyWebinar or YouTube Live.

EasyWebinar Cons
- All of the customizations might be a little intimidating.
- Severely lacking registration webinar registration templates.
There’s not a lot to really critique when it comes to this webinar software.
