All jokes aside, this is a software that can write a wide variety of assets for you such as:

• Facebook ads.
• Product listing.
• Marketing copy.
• Google Ads headlines.
• Heck, any type of clever marketing headlines.

And that’s just scratching the surface when it comes to what Jasper.ai can help you with.

Don’t forget about video scripts, parts of books, and anything that involves writing.

There’s a reason why Jasper.ai has generated so much buzz recently.

Given the fact that AI-related software is still new as well, I totally get it.

Don’t forget the fact that Jasper can help remove writer’s block.

Let’s start by taking a look at the templates that you get for getting content generated.

Jasper AI Templates

Jasper comes with well over 50 templates that you can use to write content.

Not only are these templates beneficial, but they come with every Jasper pricing plan.

Even better, they are very simple to use.

I’m not going to list all 50+ of the templates, but here are some of the categories:

• Ads.
• SEO.
• Blog.
• Email.
• Video.
• Google.
• Website.
• eCommerce.
• Frameworks.
• Social media.

I also won’t be able to do demos of each and every template that they have.

However, I will pick some of the popular ones so that you can see how they work.

Let’s start with Frameworks first, as they have an overall lot of potential use.

Jasper AI Frameworks (AIDA, PAS, Feature To Benefit)

Overall, these Frameworks are going to be great when it comes to marketing and sales.

In case the screenshot is harder to see (if on mobile), the Frameworks here include:

• PAS: Problem, agitate, solution.
• AIDA: Attention, interest, desire, action.
• Feature to Benefit: Self-explanatory.
• Before-After-Bridge: Once again, self-explanatory.

For this example, I’m going to be using the AIDA framework to show you how it works.

When you arrive at the screenshot that is shown above, simply click on the AIDA tab.

Helpful Tip: You can star some of your favorite templates to find them easier.

So it’s a very easy process when it comes to creating your ADIA framework.

I added a screenshot down below that shows you:

• What I added in.
• The results that I got from Jasper.

Oh, and I simply added in a description for Jasper itself (I felt it was fitting, of course).

So let’s take a look at what the process looked like for getting this result.

On the left side of the screen, there is a section where you can add in:

• Company/Product name.
• The description of the product.
• And you can even change the tone of the voice.

Yes, you can actually change the tone of voice… how cool is that!

Here are a few examples that you can use when it comes to the tone of voice:

• Bold
• Witty
• Funny
• Casual
• Excited
• Grumpy
• Sarcastic
• Dramatic
• Secretive
• Feminine
• Masculine
• Professional

I haven’t gotten to test out all of those various tones of voice yet.

However, I certainly love how Jasper comes with the ability to alter that aspect.

James’ Note: I can’t wait to hear what the grumpy tone of voice sounds like 😛

So it took about 30 seconds to enter the product name and description.

I’m going to copy and paste, word for word, what Jasper ended up producing.

If you look at the Action part of the writing, they recommend signing up for a free trial.

Let’s move onto another popular template so that we can see more of Jasper in action.

Jasper Email Templates

Most online business owners utilize email marketing, so these templates are great.

Here are the current four templates that they offer (they can always add more):

• Content Improver: Rewrite your content and make it more creative and engaging.
• Persuasive Bullet Points: Great for emails, landing pages, and much more.
• Cold Emails: Personalized to help get that much-needed response.
• Email Subject Lines: Get ideas for new email subject lines.

For this specific example, I’m going with the Personalized Cold Emails template.

Have a look down below at what Jasper came up with in terms of the results:

Once again, the process was the same as when I used the AIDA template previously.

I added in my information on the left, and this time I used a funny tone of voice.

1. It should be “we’re a team” as it’s missing the A in between.
2. Also, the content got cut off at the end and forgot a word or two.

I want to quickly mention that Jasper is never going to be 100% perfect.

And that’s completely fine.

After all, these are very small blemishes that will take a few seconds for you to fix.

Lastly, did you see how Jasper added some comedy to the cold email as well?

Who know what it’s like to be on the other side of the fence looking for help generating marketing copy…the struggle is real.

Nice touch Jasper, nice touch.

Yet again, this is overall a mighty fine example of what Jasper can do for you.

The even better news is that we have a lot more exploring to do with Jasper.

Let’s take a look at a few more templates that this AI copywriting software offers.

Jasper Website Templates

You’ve got quite a few website templates here that you can certainly benefit from.

Here’s the quick list for you (as well as what they help you accomplish):

• Content Improver: Rewrite your content and make it more creative and engaging.
• Unique Value Proposition: Clear statements for describing the benefits.
• Persuasive Bullet Points: Great for websites, emails, landing pages, etc.

I would love to go through each and every template that Jasper has to offer.

However, that would make this Jasper AI review about 20,000 words long.

Let’s look at a few more helpful (and popular) templates.

Jasper Video Templates

Are you big into YouTube and video marketing overall?

Then you’re also going to love what Jasper can do for your video marketing efforts.

Here’s another list of the video templates as well with what they can help you with:

• Video Topic Ideas For YouTube Videos: Get your brainstorming done with this.
• Polls Questions and Multiple Choice Answers: Great for engagement.

Let’s start with using the Video Topic Ideas template first.

The left section comes with only three sections that you need to fill in:

1. What topic should the videos be about?
2. Keyword to rank for.
3. The tone of voice.

Once again, I created topics that are going to be related to the Jasper software.

I’ll copy and paste the video topics down below for you:

• How to set up Jasper on your computer.
• What the initial setup of Jasper looked like.
• The benefits of using Jasper for copywriting.
• Examples of work created with help from Jasper.
• Tips and tricks on how to use what you can do with AI copywriting.

And here is the second set of benefits that Jasper created:

• Who uses AI every day and why is it important?
• How does an Artificial Intelligence system work?
• The difference between machine learning and deep learning.

Overall, not too bad.

I’ve got quite a few ideas that I never had on the top of my mind, so that’s good.

Let’s move on to the next template when it comes to YouTube and video marketing.

Up next we have the Video Script Hook and Introduction template (seen below):

You’ll also need to enter in details for two sections here:

1. Video title.
2. The tone of voice (I went with professional).

Once again, Jasper quickly spits out a couple of results that you can use.

Allow me to copy and paste them down below so that you can be the judge.

Introduction: My name is [ENTER NAME] and in this video we’re going to be talking all about Jasper AI Copywriting and why it’s one of the best tools on the market today for content creators. Let me show you what makes Jasper so great by walking you through its features.

Hook: Jasper AI is one of the most powerful platforms for content creation. If you’re looking to build a successful business without any prior experience, this is what you need

Introduction: Hey my name is ____ and I’m going to show you today how to use the power of Jasper AI in your business. This platform will allow you to create high-quality content with just a few clicks. It’s super easy, so if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me below or on my website!

Once again, I love how Jasper is writing a lot of this Jasper.ai review for me.

I get to demo it and have it talk all about itself at the same time, two birds one stone!

Let me also just say that both of these results are phenomenal.

I’m personally not the best when it comes to writing content for introductions.

This is mostly due to the fact that I like getting right down into the good stuff.

With Jasper, it can certainly help you do the same as well.

As I’ve mentioned before, Jasper is also excellent when it comes to removing writer’s block.

Alright, so I saved the best for last.

If you’re all about writing blog posts and content, then you’ll want to keep reading.

Jasper AI Documents

You can consider Documents to be a much bigger version of their templates.

Templates are a little more niched down, but Documents are capable of bigger things.

Keep in mind that Documents are available on the Pro plan or higher.

Aside from that, it is recommended that you use Documents when it comes to creating:

• Books.
• Emails.
• Blog posts.
• Social media posts.
• Video scripts are also a great idea here.

Heck, you can even write a YouTube video description if it’s going to be longer.

With that being said, let’s move into the section that you’ve been patiently waiting for.

Jasper Long Form Assistant For Blog Posts And Articles

So this is going to work a little differently when compared to the templates.

After all, you’re creating a blog post here so you’ll need a few more steps.

Note: This is also referred to as writing long-form content assistant.

If you look at the screenshot above, the first step comes along with adding in:

• A description of the content that you want to create.
• The keywords (this is optional).

There are two other steps where I will add a screenshot below for you to see:

You also need to enter information in regards to your:

• Title.
• Intro paragraph.

Ironically enough, you can have Jasper generate both of those for you if you like.

I created my own title and chose one of the intro paragraphs that they came up with.

Allow me to copy and paste it down below for you (once again, it’s about Jasper).

Jasper.ai is an all-in-one AI software that will help you generate marketing copy for social media, emails, advertising, blogs, videos and more. It’s a revolutionary tool that combines artificial intelligence with human creativity to produce the best possible content in record time!

Jasper has certainly perfected the art of copy when it comes to describing itself!

Either way, once those sections are complete, we can move on to the editor section.

Here’s the first look at the editor down below for you:

So how exactly does Jasper write blog posts for you?

If you look at the settings in the screenshot above, there are a few sections:

• Titles (you’re familiar with).
• Content description (you’re also familiar with).
• As well as the tone of voice and keywords (you know about as well).

Lastly, you have the output length which is:

• S which stands for Short.
• M which stands for Medium.
• L which stands for Last Action Hero.

Note: Just making sure that you’re paying attention, L stands for Longer.

From here on out, Jasper uses specific commands when it comes to generating content.

These commands are called Shortcodes and ultimately tell Jasper exactly what to do.

I deleted the content and added another screenshot down below where you can see:

These Shortcodes will always be available for you at the bottom right of the screen.

However, keep in mind that most of the Shortcuts are only for the Boss Mode plan.

Helpful Note: I’ll be talking about all of the pricing plans a little later in this review too.

Back to the Shortcodes, a few of them allow you to:

• Write your next sentence.
• Run a specific Jasper command.
• Run a Jasper command while keeping it in place.
• Re-run the last generation to get much better content.

If I had to explain to you how Jasper works in one way, it would be this:

All you have to focus on is telling Jasper AI exactly what you want, and what to do.

So here is what I did on my blank screen:

1. I added a title of Jasper.ai Review (and made it an H1 headline).
2. Under that, I wrote: Write an intro paragraph about the above.

Lastly, I’m on Windows so I hit CTRL + Enter.

Here are the results that Jasper wrote for me when it comes to this guideline:

Once again, not too shabby when it comes to writing blog posts and content.

I’m going to add what Jasper.ai wrote down below in case it’s harder to see.

There are two things that I personally like when it comes to adding more content:

1. Add a new headline under the content
2. Tweak the content brief.

So let’s say that I want Jasper.ai to write a few words about its benefits.

I’ll add a screenshot down below so that you can see exactly what I did:

You’ll also see that I added some text below the Jarvi.s Benefits:

Write content about the headline above.

This tells Jasper that I want some new content about the benefits of Jasper.

I then hit CTRL + K for Jasper to obey this command 😛

Let’s take another look at what this long-form assistant gave me this time:

Allow me to copy and paste exactly what the Jasper AI writing gave me this time.

One of the benefits of using Jasper.ai software is that it allows businesses to have a personal assistant for their business. In this way, users can manage all their data about their company from one place without having to rely on different platforms and programs to accomplish one task or goal.

It also saves money from hiring employees by allowing the user access to an entire team at once through a single platform. This means that the assistant will be able to provide better results than what would be achieved by human workers alone. Furthermore, because Jasper provides other services such as planning and appointment setting, it prevents businesses from spending more money elsewhere on those items as well. The cost-effectiveness of this software helps save money and plan out their future.

A few things could be tweaked here to make it sound a little more accurate.

For example:

1. Users can manage all of their data about their company.
2. Jasper provides other services such as planning and appointment setting.

So users can manage all of the content here (which would have been a better phrase).

I have also yet to see anything about planning and appointment setting.

I said it before and I’ll say it again, Jasper is never going to be 100% correct.

When you expect that, you will have a much better user experience.

Overall, Jasper has been very helpful when it comes to writing long-form content.

I highly recommend that you see for yourself:

Now I want to talk about one more big feature that this great tool offers.

It’s another way to generate AI content and help eliminate writer’s block.

Jasper Recipes For Eliminating Writer’s Block

Recipes are a great way to quickly create your long-form content.

So what are Recipes anyway?

They are premade outlines and commands that you can give to Jasper and tweak.

In other words: less time spent for you and much faster results for you to use.

Here is a quick list of the Recipes that allow you to generate AI content:

• Blog post.
• Cold email.
• Press release.
• Facebook ad.
• The idea factory.
• Product review blogs post.
• Video script blueprint with show notes.
• Rewrite or expand blog posts (or other content).
• The perfect non-fiction book introduction and outline.

This is a Jasper.ai review, so let’s test one of these recipes and see how they work.

I’m going to go with the Recipe that is super beneficial when it comes to brainstorming.

Jasper Recipe: The Idea Factory

The Idea Factory allows you to start every project off the easy way.

This is thanks to the ability to generate both great ideas and clever marketing angles.

So you can see how this specific Recipe is set up in the screenshot above.

All in all, each Recipe page comes with:

• The unique Recipe.
• The ability to run the Recipe (at top of screenshot).
• A tutorial video at the bottom of the page (not shown in the screenshot).

Recipes and long-form content give Jasper a big leg up compared to other software tools.

I mentioned this when comparing Jasper.ai vs Copy.ai.

This is one of Dave’s (the owner) favorite Recipes, and I can see why he likes it so much.

Here is what it looks like after you click on the Run bottom at the top of the page:

So as you can see the content creation process becomes so much easier now.

Here are the steps that you need to take to have Jasper AI work his magic:

• Add the Product Name for the Recipe; add it to the Title.
• Add the Product Name for the description; add it to the description box.

You can then delete some of the excess text and remove some of the spacing.

Here is what the screen looks like now before Jasper will create content here:

So I now I can use my mouse and highlight the “Write some headlines section”

Upon doing so, I can hit CTRL + Enter and Jasper will create some fancy headlines.

So here’s what I really like about this section:

You can just keep repeating that same process for each of these sections.

As you can see in the screenshot above, there are quite a few helpful sections too.

All of this brainstorming and ideas can be used for:

• Ad copy.
• Video title(s).
• Facebook ads.
• Press release title.
• Google ads headline.
• Google ads description.
• Blog posts and blog post topics (as you’ve seen me talk about quite a bit).

I’ve posted a ton of screenshots, so here is an example of one of the sections.

This was based on how the customer would feel after purchasing the software.

The customer feels that they are on top of the world after they purchase Jasper.ai software. They feel like their life is finally changing for the better. The customer can’t wait to use all of the features and explore all of the newly available tools.

And you know what? I think that I’m going to conclude this section with that.

So it’s easy to see that this software is going to come with a monthly price tag.

Especially for the fact that it’s got so many bells, whistles, features, and perks.

Let’s take a look at how much it’s going to cost to use Jasper AI for writing ad copy.

How Much Is Jasper.ai Per Month?

The Jasper pricing plans are pretty straightforward.

Here is a list of the two current plans that they offer (at the time of writing this):

• Jasper.ai Starter Plan starts at $29 per month.
• Jasper.ai Boss Mode plan starts at $59 per month.

There’s not too big of a jump when you move from the Starter Plan to Boss Mode.

However, the Boss Mode plan is going to come with the most value.

There are a few reasons for this:

• You get everything that Jasper has to offer (features-wise).
• It’s only $30 more and you get more than double the amount of words.

So if you have your eyes on two of the bigger plans, go with the Boss Mode.

So that’s a good amount of information when it comes to Jasper and:

This is quite the stellar software, but I’m definitely getting ahead of myself.

Let’s cap off this Jasper.ai review and go over a few of the pros and cons.

You can get a good idea of if Jasper is worth using (which you probably know by now).

Jasper.ai Review Summary Conclusion

Reviewing Jasper AI and writing this blog post has been a blessing in disguise.

Now, I might be biased given the fact that I LOVE using new software tools.

However, this is one of those tools that I feel is going to become very popular.

It’s just a matter of time before thousands of customers are using Jasper AI.

It’s not all sunshine and rainbows though.

As I always mention, no software is ever going to be 100% perfect.

Don’t worry though, as there were only a few minor hiccups with this software.

Jasper.ai Dislikes

• Slight learning curve.
• Limited commands with the Starter plan.
• Jasper isn’t going to be 100% perfect (so expect that).
• There were a few times where I needed to manually edit things (expect that too).

Both of these ‘dislikes’ are simply things that you need to expect from this software.

After all, it’s artificial intelligence that is creating and writing content for you.

Even if you give it the most amount of information, it will never be 100% perfect.

When you understand that, it makes using this tool so much easier.

Despite the few hiccups that it has, it’s still certainly worth using for all of its benefits.

Speaking of the Jasper.ai benefits, let’s talk about what I loved when it comes to Jasper.

Jasper.ai Likes

• One of the best AI copywriting tools.
• SO many perks, features, bells, and whistles.
• Over 50 templates for helping you write content.
• Using their templates is a very easy process which I’ve showcased.
• Jasper AI has an amazing long-form assistant for your long-form content.

If you’re into digital marketing or just anything online business-related?

Then it’s going to be very easy for you to see just how beneficial this can be for you.

From creating a blog post outline or two to Facebook ad primary text, and much more.

Heck, the long-form assistant can help when it comes to writing video scripts and books.

Lastly, I also like that they come along with a free trial.

It’s always great to be able to test the software before you actually put any money down.
